Make-a-Wish Michigan is an organization that is close to my heart. The Make-A-Wish mission is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. October 15-November 17 I'll be climbing Ama Dablam in Nepal in support of wish kids who have a mountain of their own to climb. I'm going to raise a minimum of $1 for every 1 foot I climb. While doctors provide the medicine, Make-A-Wish Michigan supplies the magical experience that provides a positive and life-changing experience. In fact, a recent Make-A-Wish® America survey found that 97 percent of parents said the wish experience strengthened their families.
