Saturday, I met Doug Johaningsmeier at the Ann Arbor Planet Rock climbing gym http://www.planet-rock.com/ to get a few rounds in with the Boy Scouts. It's nice to see the kids learning to climb.
We continue to climb the fundraising ladder! Thank you! We just went over $5,000 in donations and are now able to grant our first wish, more on that latter.

Make-a-Wish Michigan is an organization that is close to my heart. The Make-A-Wish mission is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. October 15-November 17 I'll be climbing Ama Dablam in Nepal in support of wish kids who have a mountain of their own to climb. I'm going to raise a minimum of $1 for every 1 foot I climb. My goal is $35,000. You can follow me in this climb on facebook, twitter and here on my blog.
